Secura surfaces

Attractive extension to non-slip Secura surfaces A brief moment of carelessness is all it takes. Already an issue for bathtubs, showers are also subject to non-slip safety features. But those who choose to tile the shower area with non-slip tiles instead of opting for shower trays made of enamelled steel or plastic (e.g. acrylic) are on the safe side thanks to special ceramic surfaces which ensure safe tread even when wet. Such ceramic solutions are resistant to chemicals, colour-fast, easy-care and pleasant to walk on as well as being extremely robust and durable. The shift maximizes views for each of the 495 apartments. “The lower portion of the tower is oriented toward the exciting waterfront promenade of Dubai Marina, while the upper floors are rotated to face the Gulf,” SOM Design Director Ross Wimer says.... WET floor

WET-floor will create importance and simple beauty, framing specific areas and / or activities. It adds beauty in a simple way, creating a rich atmosphere. The small size (20x20cm) makes these typical carpet-areas possible even in the smallest bathrooms, but the small size tile also facilitates the actual pose for both weight (local transport) and handling. With a brand new design, WET has re-shaped the past, giving quality and importance to the WET-floor design shaping “carpets-areas”. The base form is the WET “ crown”, but combining all 3 tiles leads to a vast variety of floor-designs, obtaining a typical and recognizable carpet-design indicating bathroom areas in front of bathtub and / or washbasin and even creating a shower zone.... Interaction of pupils central LIAG began by adapting the Programme of Requirements to the educational philosophy of the school. This meant that the work places and workshops had to be close to the heart of the school and visible to all the users. A vital part of the chosen solution is raising the central area. From here there is a view of and into all the work places, whereby the required visual interaction is achieved of its own accord. In addition to fixed lessons, pu... More
