Deep Dive is loosely inspired by the worlds of Charles Darwin and Jules Verne, as well as a dash of 1920s speakeasy—capturing the human spirit of curiosity and imagination. Grand Hyatt Xi’an takes reference from the spirit of the Silk Road and reinterpret into the elegant contemporary interiors of the hotel. The theme begins in the double-height lobby where patterned timber walls form wing-like motifs and a large feather-like sculptural feature extends ten meters from the floor to the ceiling, lit from below. The lobby’s bubble lifts are wrapped in curved laser-cut metal screens with images depicting ancient Chinese palaces. An extravagant curved staircase leading to the function rooms sets the scene for a grand entrance by evoking the motion of desert sand dunes. Project execution of a 110 sqm apartment in the center of Albano Laziale (Roma).The starting point of the project was to eliminate the original walls of the apartment to increase light and to combine together the Kitchen, Laundry, and Bathrooms in a center module away from the sleeping area to maximize the space.The furnishings elements is focused on a vintage & contemporary mix that brings to life and vibrates in the brightness of new spaces thanks to the collaboration of “Oh My Lab” showroom. Brillen Müller in Wittlich: Competence meets high-tech & service   Task In the scope of redesign of the present store area, the client was thinking big and the planned re-design of the optician's and hearing acoustics area led to the complete conversion of and development of the building in Burgstrasse in Wittlich. The construction measure was to move the competence area for acoustics from the basement to the ground floor and combine it on one level with the optician's area to form a "competence centre for the senses". The project is based on the renovation of a house in Petrer with an area of 104m2, distributed in two floors in which there were no intervention since their construction in the 50’s. The main goal of the project was to realize an integral design, looking for the maximum use of the surface, the purity of lines and the precision in the execution.The deteriorated state of the house, with a very fragmented distribution and little natural light, added to the existence of transversal load walls inside the house, forced an integral reform and to reinforce the structure in a precise way to achieve the spatial connection that would respond to the needs of the new owners. This Project is based on an integral reform of an existing house in the center of Petrer (Alicante, Spain). The arrangement is distributed as follows: parking space on the ground floor, day zone on the first floor and night zone on the second floor. The existing façade has been modified with surgical care, removing only the brick parapets on the front of the balcony and unifying the two window openings that connect the living room with its terrace.Given the existing building, the objective is to create a new atmosphere, bringing the old dwelling up to date with mechanisms and languages of our present-day culture. This project is based on a reform of existing commercial premises in the centre of Elda (Alicante, Spain) with 60m2 dedicated to the public. Kekomo is a place selling ready-made meals where the outstanding features of its service are innovation in the variety of Japanese influenced dishes and preparation based on traditional techniques.The premises open onto Pi y Margall Street in Elda where the façade is faced with tiles of artisanal aesthetics which combine several models in graphite grey.
