Estación R

ESTATION R is a responsible market with bulk products in Guadalajara, designed by Mess Studio. This project was born out of the need to raise awareness about single-use plastic, non-biodegradable waste and the quality of the food we consume, through recyclable packaging and natural products. With the aim of providing well-being and influencing the environmental impact.   For the interior design proposal, we sought to convey this same objective of creating an ecological and sustainable space, using honest materials, whose waste is biodegradable for the environment, including: solid oak wood for all the furniture, quarry for surfaces, palm of tule for storage containers and cotton textiles for signage. Monochromatic tones were chosen t... More

Noir et Blanc Apartment

Located nearby universities, the apartment targeted students within the area with the concept of the student center, with facilities that focus on student necessity. The initial design brief is to present Australian vibes with a cold design for the 1+1 Bedroom, and warm for the studio unit. The occupant of the units are students who need a place to easily commuting between the premise and the campus. Taking the student life as consideration, space has to have the capacity to utilize the space for the occupant to have a slow living manner as in enjoying the day by reading books, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, or having friends over, despite the limited area. abitare. PESCIONI

The project is located within the historic city of Arezzo. The arrangement of an apartment on two levels tries to adapt the existing, the result of continuous changes, to the new housing needs. The unique features of the current situation are the imperfections, the small and continuous changes of altitude that represent both an obstacle to be curbed and an occasion to connote the dynamics of the house. This natural raumplan generated by the overwrites of the time already manifests itself from the entrance, which despite being on the second floor introduces four steps towards the entrance hallway. Here the main distrubution zone winds, at the center of which the staircase is positioned. The stair takes on the value of an element around which... More

Sales Represantative Of Tabriz And Keraben Tile

The store had undergone changes three times during the past twenty years. When we were contacted about the job, two problems caught our attention: ·         First, the closedness of the space and the poor connection between the floors. The visitors were unable to form a mental image of the upper floor where products were on display in a closed space and the basement in which accessories and other items were stored. ·         Second, the customers’ struggle to choose because of the wide variation of the products and having a hard time visualizing the desired arrangement in the target space. The solution to these two problems formed the basis of the reconstruction project: &middo... More

LLL HOUSE

For our client, a young entrepreneur from Cuneo, the value of the position lies in being a privileged point of view to appreciate the view of the monumental Piazza San Paolo, the profile of the Langhe hill system, to the east and taste the food and wine context , given the proximity to the streets of the historic center in whose clubs and restaurants local excellence takes note. This vision led us to reflect on how the new internal layout, or the project, could claim it despite the contained area, about 55 m2, the condominium systems and a specific request: it is not a main house but a pied-à-terre therefore in the city it must be designed to be flexible in different ways of staying. To pursue these objectives, we envisaged the demol... More

Bylu Design was approached by Ducati, the Italian historic motorcycle company, to realize the office design for their headquarter in Shanghai, China. LockUp Restaurant

Theme based design can bring huge creative satisfaction. This is a multicuisine restaurant that is based on the theme of a jail. The lighting, the furniture, the seating is all reminiscent of the same. Designing this place was a lot of fun as we explored so many different materials and weaved the spaces three-dimensionally with various levels to bring alive the experience of a prison for the customers when they come to dine in. UFFICI MASON

Mason & Associati is an accountants office located in Camposampiero (Padua), and this project presents their new headquarters. The new Mason & Associati offices implemented by connecting two existing units affect the entire second floor of a commercial-executive building in the center of Camposampiero. The adaptive reuse of the existing space led to the demolition of almost all the internal partitions that allowed to obtain an open space plan in visual continuity, while helping to clarify the transits and the definition of static and dynamic areas.   The renewed space, open to light even in the most internal environments, thanks to the continuous window tape that favors the entry of natural light throughout the day, making th...
