Contemporary Restaurant Interior

Trusting your restaurant interior design to us means setting for quality. We do not just fill in the gaps, we create a whole new environment where the outside world rules do not apply. For this restaurant, we took our inspiration from the contemporary, combining it with some splashes of tropical vibes. We gave favor to top-quality materials to express the high-end nature of the place. The darker color range creates extra comfort and intimacy for the guests. P.S. the project was not brought to life. #futurisarchitects #interiordesign More

The programs include a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and guest room on the first floor. Another living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and 2 kids bedroom on the second floor.  We made an industrial natural look facade with a combination of exposed concrete, steel, wood, and black color. Starling House

The proposal for a young family entails a new two-storey house on an inner-suburban site. Its formal composition to the street and rear is a uniquely crafted and direct response to setback and building height plane controls. It offers a model for densification of a compact site to enable room for not only a growing family, yet a multi-generational proposition for increasingly extended stays of the owners parents. A thin front facade is extruded in section to the centre of the plan and pinched-in at this point to provide a covered second entry, expanding to a greater width at the rear for an asymmetric gable-end form inventively accommodating the client’s brief over both levels. The front half provides for a side driveway and off-stre... More

Tourists came there not only because of the picturesque, mountainous area, but also because the city, reborn after the tragic war in the Balkans. A Place of Elegant Comfort

We designed the apartment with a special sense of love for the family living in it – it was their openness, hospitality and unwavering trust that gave meaning to this project and allowed us to create a space that is in tune with their desires.   In furnishing the previous apartment, the clients swore by a minimalism in white, so we tried to hang onto this softness and freshness as a guiding stylistic principle as we designed the new home, also enhancing the details by means ofpleasant contrasts, soft colours and materials of various textures. By removing the partition wall, we opened up the main horizontal feature from the entrance to the bedroom, thus allowing light to cascade through the entire area. The bedroom, meanwhile,... More

Oriental Aesthetics Sales Office in Guiyang

1. Design ConceptThe rivers from Longli in Guizhou, China, flow among forests, mountains and rising mist to create a magnificent natural atmosphere, a classical concept of oriental beauty. Yet today, the present project aspires to transcend the Chinese concepts of tradition and heritage, and stand at the intersection between past and future through a doorway opened by design. In this way, our entire project desires to evoke the Longli of the past by embracing two abstract elements linked to it: “clouds” and “water”. At the same time, the design profusely considers wind-activated art installations, like reflections of the future. “Clouds”, “water” and “wind” are all natural elements that, despite being portrayed in abstract forms, manifest t... The kitchen and services of the space are placed at the back corner of the space, opening the rest of the layout for the reception entry, sushi bar and interior/ exterior space for different types of seating layouts. The formal structure of the space appears as a faceted cave-like atmosphere which is cut and deformed to adapt to the various necessities of the restaurant. Although the ceiling element is constantly changing it generates a unifying space with a range of unique diverse areas such as outdoor terrace, sushi bar, and several layouts for seating areas. Three legs are pulled down from t... More

Project • By Joeb Moore & Partners ArchitectsPrivate Houses

This project is conceived as a series of concrete retaining walls and escarpments that traverse and cascade down a steeply sloped site. The building strategy is to deploy a series of straight walls that act as “jetties” into the landscape and respond as a counterforce to the topography. Hovering above and anchored to these concrete site walls is the “House” proper, a “primitive” conceived and constructed as a series of smooth extruded volumes of differing lengths. Symbolically and strategically, the first of these “boxes” presents a gable-front facade to the street and helps conceal the scale of the overall house beyond. The second container-box rotates 90 degrees and runs parallel to the street and site walls. The perpendicular orientation... More
