Bob Evans Farms Corporate Headquarters

When Bob Evans Farms, Inc., announced plans to break ground on its new corporate headquarters campus, the company wanted to mesh the familiar roots of the brand with the latest in energy-efficient design. Located in New Albany, Ohio, the campus is home to three corporate buildings, housing the corporate headquarters, training facilities, and shipping for the national family restaurant chain and refrigerated food producer. Le Albere. Renovation work on the former Michelin

The new “Le Albere” district, designed by RPBW, stretches for an area of 11 hectares along the banks of the river Adige. It includes around 300 flats, 30,000 m² of office and shop space, squares, roads, pedestrian and cycle paths, as well as a network of canals, 5 hectares of public park, a multi-purpose centre and the MUSE Science Museum. Magnusson Architecture + Planning (MAP) will debut St. Augustine Terrace, a new mid-rise building that will provide 112 units of affordable housing for low-income families in the Bronx. Linx

SGA converted a former Verizon warehouse into Linx, a 185,000 square foot LEED Gold certified campus for science and technology companies. The façade, coined “fun industrial,” features hanging screens, custom still frames in mesh, vertical fins, corrugated metal, and a color-changing material called Alucobond Spectra. Exterior courtyards and a dramatic multi-story atrium provide a rich setting for collaboration. Energy Company

The offices of the Energy compnay are located in Herzliya Hills. They spread over 8 floors and 13,000 square meters. The main inspiration for the design was the gas platform: its geometry, its materiality and color scheme, and the feeling one has standing on it. In effect, the concept was created for the exposed ceilings of the project. All the ceilings were painted in a deep blue, simulating the sea, under them are galvanized pipes and below all suspended mesh ceilings that resemble the floor of the platform.
