Departamento RQM

This apartment located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon with an area of 245 m2 originally had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. At remodeling process Lopez Duplan Arquitectos changed the program, on request of the client to have only two bedrooms, bathroom and dressing room, connected by a TV room that serves as a distributor for private spaces. The aim of the project resulted in much larger and communicated spaces, the unification of finish on floors presents a new language much more harmonious. The living and dining rooms were integrated into a single space. As with all projects of the architect Claudia Lopez Duplan, plus natural light entries, is developing an entire lighting design with indirect lighting to emphasize the different atmospheres... More

VEINTIUNO HOUSE

The house is located in a conventional land inside a gated community, west of Guadalajara’s metropolitan area. Is has a north orientation towards the street and south on the back, leaving a free area on the side facing west. The project begins at the idea of making a house with the minimum of walls to feel it completely transparent and open from the entry. We decided to make a big hole inside that takes back the old spanish patio, being the protagonist of the residence. The formal concept is based on a blind volume, the private part, and an open volume, which are interrelated through this large central void. The house appears as a white solid body in second level and an obscurer lower body. A Piacentina stone covered wall confines the... More

Ayesa

For the corporate offices of the most important engineering company in Spain – with branches in several countries– DIN interiorismo´s team was confronted with an established and operational space, but with a design that lacked personality. It is a big challenge to transform a project that is ready, especially when it is necessary to break the barriers already established by the daily operations of the company. Corporate colors and the company´s image are the main features of the project. The joy of color was included in the spaces that were also reconfigured to make the operation more dynamic. The optimization of storage units, the substitution of furniture and different lighting accents contributed to create a new atmosphere in all... More

Frappisimo Coffee shop

Frappisimo is a new Mexican coffee shop that currently has three branches in the state of Campeche, this being the most recent one. It is located in Galerías Mall in the city of San Francisco de Campeche in southeastern Mexico. This new coffee shop is located in one of the most important points of the mall, as it is the only double-height space and where the two main wings of the mall converge. This makes the room a very important focal point, located almost in the center axis of Galerías. The architectural design of the top view is primarily ruled by the shape of the space this in an effort to take advantage of it. The counter area is located at the side where the most important and predominant visuals of the place are displayed beca... More

Hotel Kron

Interiors are the essence of the space and it is by walking through them that all the details that give form to its personality are discovered. Finishes and materials are a wide universe of possibilities and the secret of DIN interiorismo is to find the perfect balance between them. Each space has to be designed according to the user and the activities that will take place in it, such as: sleeping, taking a shower, relaxing, enjoying, etc. Therefore we like to think that we create tailor made suits, studying very well the purpose of the project and this way we make each one completely different, with its own solutions and approach. The inspiration for the interior design of Hotel Kron is time and each of its details was thought for it to re... More

House Lucke Orozco

The house is located in one of the oldest residential colonies in Guadalajara, it is almost the only sheered area of a city that is mostly leveled, and this allows the place to receive good winds and to accomplish a great view from the second level at the nor-west of the city. The irregular shape of the space generates a sharp corner surrounded by the great foliage of trees that are already located on the sidewalk. The scheme is defined in perspective by two very evident brackets where one embraces the front and the other embraces the garden, the union of both generates a void that tops in the heart of the house with an internal large myrtle tree. The house was designed with high, generous and continuing spaces, there are no obstacles in... More

Westin Guadalajara

The Westin Guadalajara was conceived for a highly desirable but relatively tight corner sight. Thus, all design decisions were undertaken with the aim of creating a sense of flow and openness. Controlled views, extended patios and plazas generate expansiveness throughout the architecture, while mirrored surfaces and triple-height spaces contribute to the effect from the interior. The hotel includes 250 contemporary luxury rooms, multiple meeting spaces, a business center, a ballroom and an elegant three-meal restaurant with multiple configurations. More

INTERIOR DESIGN

The house has a surface of 81 square meters. The living, dinning room and kitchen, has a surface of 23 square meters. We had to make this small area in a nice place. That's the reason for using the space below the stairs as a small area to store different things, the other side is a bookcase. We used different and contrasting wood furniture. The painting of the horse and the lion is by the Mexican Painter: Rufino Tamayo. See this house in a realistic 360° render following this link: www.arqing.jimdo.com/renders More
