Municipal Housing on Mykolaichuka Street
This project became the winner of the All-Ukrainian open architectural competition for the design proposal of a new social housing complex with public service facilities in the area of I. Mykolaychuka Street in Lviv.The competition was organized by the Lviv City Council.

Fire Station 21 of the Intermunicipal Fire Safety Authority of the Vallée-du-Richelieu is located in Beloeil, on boulevard Yvon-L’Heureux Nord, at a strategic site that allows it to serve more than six municipalities in the Montérégie region. The new facility strengthens the Authority’s operational network and asserts the presence of contemporary civic infrastructure within a landscape in transformation.

The new Rishon Lezion Municipality Lobby was designed by Anat Herman Wincygster Architecture and Interior Design Studio. The municipality's location in in the heart of the city inspired the design concept: a meeting point, a kind of 'urban piazza' that connects the outside and inside, designed in a modern style that gives an inviting feeling to city employees and residents.

Sun Metro Operations & Maintenance Facility
In the expanding border city of El Paso, Texas, there is a need for expansion of public transportation and it’s facilities. Sun Metro, the City Mass Transit Department, is the public transit provider to the metropolitan area. The facility is situated on 50 acres and is comprised of four buildings: Operations (26,000 sf), two storey Maintenance Facility (94,000 sf), Fueling Facility (13,948 sf) and Bus Wash (9,200 sf).
