Fire Station 21
Fire Station 21 of the Intermunicipal Fire Safety Authority of the Vallée-du-Richelieu is located in Beloeil, on boulevard Yvon-L’Heureux Nord, at a strategic site that allows it to serve more than six municipalities in the Montérégie region. The new facility strengthens the Authority’s operational network and asserts the presence of contemporary civic infrastructure within a landscape in transformation.

Sûreté du Québec Police Station, Waterloo
Located on a sloping site between an industrial district and a residential neighborhood, the new Sûreté du Québec police station in Waterloo is conceived as a compact, specialized civic building whose roof functions as a fifth elevation. The program brings together administrative areas, officer services, investigation spaces, and a detention sector, each requiring strict security, confidentiality, and acoustic separation. The building settles into the topography with a restrained street facade while opening toward the landscape.

Crafton Hills College, Public Safety Building
The Public Safety & Allied Health Building is a 46,935 SF facility houses the Emergency Medical Services/Paramedic program, Fire Academy, and the Respiratory Therapy program. The Stanley Krasovec Simulation Center, inside PSAH, houses automated artificial patients (mannequins) who can breathe, talk, exhibit symptoms, and even give birth! Instructors program the mannequins with symptoms the students can expect to encounter in their careers, and students use hands-on practice to learn how to care for the patient.
