más empanadas

Model store for a new franchise of empanadas that I'm developing for Grupo Sushi Express. In this new restaurant, the kitchen will be an essential part of the "point of sale", there will be a central warehouse for sourcing non-perishables and marketing operations, and the food will be prepared and finished at every location to keep the food up to the highest standards. This is an experimental design, we started with the idea of a light, modern structure with wooden elements and plenty of windows, yet keeping it as cozy and warm as possible to reflect the cuisine being offered, Argentinean. It will have to evolve as more branches start popping up. We're calling it a "modern vernacular" style of construction. More

Carnevino Restaurant

ward-winning steakhouse Carnevino, already a popular restaurant destination in Las Vegas, was looking to make an immediate impression for diners at its newest location in Hong Kong. Chefs and restaurateurs Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich aimed to bring the highest quality steaks to central Hong Kong. Its luxurious design – featuring metallic accents by Banker Wire – helps Carnevino to deliver an upscale dining environment. At Carnevino, three types of Banker Wire mesh complete a vintage racing-inspired aesthetic, creating a dining space that is simultaneously welcoming and chic. To turn this vision into reality, Carnevino’s designers utilized wire mesh from Banker Wire, giving the decor key metal finishes that fit perfect... More

Hotel La Purificadora

The project consists of a large lateral patio which is surrounded by an L-shape building. The building was originally the convent of San Francisco and was converted into a water factory in the XIX century. The ruin was transformed into a modern hotel locating the common areas on the main level and the guest rooms in the first and second floors. From the fourth level spectacular views of the city can be enjoyed. The amenities located in this area are open to the public. Under a sharpen roof the old machinery from the factory time was left to decorate and contrast with the old building and the contemporary renovation. More

Restaurant & Club Thirty-Seven

Thirty Seven is your next & best experience. Catering to a crowd that seeks that little bit extra. Thirty Seven is a lifestyle brand, setting a new trend in dining, clubbing, live entertainment and business gatherings. The demands of the current pluricultural society in Holland is getting much more complex. We translated this complexity to an open-minded concept that complies on these demands. No exclusion based on ethnicity, sexual orientation, wealth or education level. No, coming together and sharing fun is our point of departure. Having fun is a target! This unique typically dutch state of the art concept resulted in a restaurant and club combination which creates a `now and wow` effect! Besides all, ThirtySeven is a functional sp... More

Afternoon tea dance, theatre and jazz as well as early disco trends are probably the most characteristic features of the history of the former “Haus Nürnberg”.
