The apartment is located in a penthouse on one of Moscow skyscrapers with stunning panoramic view of city.   The apartment space is divided into common and private functional zones. Common zone combines three parts: living room, dining room and kitchen. Private zone includes music room, bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms. Built in 1912 as one of Portland’s earliest commercial skyscrapers, the Woodlark Building served as Portland’s first pharmacy.   The adjacent building and hotel’s east wing, The Cornelius Hotel, was built in 1908.
