Lever Architecture

LEVER is a Portland, Oregon-based design practice. The firm brings architecture into the realm of the everyday with a body of built work that encompasses institutional projects, creative office, retail, and multi-family housing. LEVER is pioneering the development of mass timber building in the U.S. with projects Albina Yard and Framework. Thomas Robinson founded LEVER in 2009. Prior to establishing the firm, he led institutional projects for Allied Works and Herzog & de Meuron. Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master in Architecture with Distinction from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
