365: Rebranding

newDirections as Interior Architects

Project: Rebranding; incorporating brand values and brand experience into a new workplace concept. In a very short period we completely changed the service office in Utrecht and the exterior signage of 365’s buildings to support the surprise element of the brand launch. This included a new entrance, appropriate furnishings of the general areas, care products in sanitary areas, room numbers, coffee corners, waiting areas, restaurant and the catering concept. This was made possible by selecting suppliers who participated in the process with the same enthusiasm and drive. And the whole was a perfect fit with 365: honest, pure, warm, domestic and focused on people. The fit between 365’s facilities and vision means that both their personnel and guests can truly experience what the brand means. This brand experience through facilities promotes the image and position of the new brand.

Outcome: An up-to-date Facilities Management department, new hospitality concept and layout master plan, both of which are based on 365’s brand essentials.

Afterwards newDirections design an equipment masterplan for the concept roll out to all the locations of 365 in the Netherlands (26 main locations and 50 consulting locations).

Roll newDirections: Project management, concept creator, designers and interior designers, assistance with procurement and implementation and installation of the whole.

Facts: Extent Office Utrecht 8000 m2 Total main locations 40.000 m2 Sublocations: 6000m2 1400 workstations
