The Privium Club Lounge at Schiphol is a new concept that focuses on the frequent flyer.
Design of and conceptual contribution to the Privium ClubLounge
M plus R interior architecture as Interior ArchitectsThe Privium ClubLounge at Schiphol is a new concept aimed at frequent flyers: passengers who regularly travel and have specific requirements and needs during their stay at the airport. An important design aspect was to reduce tress by creating a lively environment. M+R created a completely organic design with flowing lines and curves that continue along the walls and ceilings. There are several different sitting areas, each with a specific atmosphere. There is a corner with an easy chair and a fireplace and elsewhere you will find an elevation with a bar. There is also a reading table where travelers can read or use their computer. The outside world is brought in by using daylight simulation and large TV screens.
