Kristina Dam Studio is based in Copenhagen. The studio is founded by graphic designer and architect Kristina Dam. You’ll find furniture, art prints, illustrations and sculptures in our assortment. About Kristina Dam Studio was founded by graphic designer and architect Kristina Dam in January 2012. Kristina Dam is the designer and creative mind behind the Copenhagen based brand. Kristina Dam Studio has a mission of making art and interior merge, both in furniture, art prints, illustrations and sculptures. The materials used are honest and carefully selected – such as brass, marble, mirror, oak, steel and glas. Kristina Dam graduated from The Royal Danish School of Fine Arts, Architecture and Design. In her designs you’ll find her great love for architecture and minimalistic, graphic lines. Her first product – a series of limited edition illustrations – quickly became a favorite in Scandinavian design stores, magazines and homes. Today Kristina Dam Studio sends out two collections every year and collaborate with talented upcoming and established designers. Every design process begins with a simple mock-up in cardboard on Kristina Dam’s desk. Then follows testing and adjusting of the model. Everything originates from Kristina’s passion for design and art. She’ll find her inspiration when travelling, browsing Pinterest, blogs, Instagram and talking to people. ”Seeing my design in people’s homes makes me very proud”. Kristina Dam lives in Copenhagen with her husband and two children.
