Foster + Partners completes the Greenville County Administration Building in South Carolina

Foster + Partners completes a self-shading tower for Techcombank in Ho Chi Minh City
Tras la finalización de su diseño para la sede de Techcombank en Hanoi (Vietnam), Foster + Partners ha terminado una segunda torre de 21 plantas para la empresa en Ciudad Ho Chi Minh. El concepto de esta última torre gira en torno a dos enfoques principales: el programático, que responde a los diferentes inquilinos y usos, y el medioambiental, con un concepto único de autosombreado desarrollado en respuesta al clima tropical del emplazamiento.

Spectacular rooftop garden completed at London's Battersea Roof Garden Building
Un nuevo y mágico mirador en Londres: un jardín en la azotea de 29.000 metros cuadrados diseñado por James Corner, de Field Operations, ya está terminado. Foster + Partners and Apple complete their first flagship store in India

Foster + Partners complete flexible urban workspace ICÔNE for a post-covid world
In Belval, Luxembourg, Foster + Partners has completed the new office complex ICÔNE. The project's design process began in 2016, well before the pandemic. However, during the building's evolution, the pandemic highlighted the need for a more flexible urban workspace, which the ultimate design strives explicitly to provide. Additionally, the project is part of a significant revitalization of the site and surroundings, which form part of Belval's rich industrial heritage.

Located in Manhattan alongside Modernist icons including the Seagram Building, Lever House, and the CBS Building, the recently completed 425 Park Avenue by Foster + Partners is the first full-block office building added to Park Avenue in over 50 years.

Standing a total of 47-storeys in height, the building features a triple-height lobby, world-class office accommodation, external green spaces, and a 38-foot-tall penthouse floor. By offsetting the core and bracing the structure, the tower also offers flexible, open floorplates that can accommodate future changing requirements of the contemporary office space.

Featuring four interconnected pyramidal roof peaks that appear to emerge from the earth below, the Datong Art Museum by Foster + Partners offers a new cultural destination for China and a new cultural hub for Datong region. In addition to its cultural program, the museum includes learning areas, a children’s gallery, a media library, an archive, and art storage facilities.
