The design task was to complete the reconstruction of the ground floor apartment of 27 m2 in Split, Croatia. The comfort in the apartment within the existing dimensions of 7.5 x 3.6 m is enhanced by inserting a multifunctional box that houses various elements of use, seemingly standard for this type of living space. The project task was to complete the construction of a studio apartment with an area of 31 m². The goal was to convert a bright studio apartment measuring 9.60 m x 3.25 m into a one-room apartment suitable for a family of three through precise design. Boano Prišmontas designed and manufactured a digitally fabricated tiny home for a dwelling in North London. Conceived as a multifunctional and flexible unit, it provides an ancillary and unique space to work, relax, watch a movie, read or play video games. Mainly used as a study and entertainment room, the 'Dot House' comprises a bathroom and a micro kitchen to provide an independent and self-sufficient micro-habitable space that could be used for visiting, family members, and guests. Uxolo Micro Apartments

Uxolo Apartments is the first completed micro-unit residential development located in the Cape Town CBD. The project consists of 35 residential units ranging between 24m² micro studio units and 40m² loft units, as well as a lobby and retail area on Ground Floor on a stand of only 195.5m². The initial development intention for the project was to create an iconic short-stay accommodation destination in Cape Town, with some log-term tenants, in the same way that Tokyo has the Nagakin Capsule Tower and Rotterdam has the Cube House. As real estate costs and rents escalate and urban density increases, the micro-unit is an increasingly appealing solution. Renters benefit from access to public transit, proximity to employment, and 20% to 30% lower rental and utility costs.    The 41’x95’, 7-floor-tall building occupies a constrained downtown site left by the burning of a much-loved historic house. Sim-Plex has maximised the limited space of a 503 sq.ft apartment in Hong Kong, by wrapping up the existing bay window with adjustable wooden cabinetry and furniture. En este contexto se inició el proyecto de renovación del apartamento, que tiene 10 años de antigüedad.
