Levels 10 + 11 by Con I Form Architects features modern detailing inspired by London surroundings
For their 10th floor duplex overlooking Paddington Basin in central London, the clients decided they wanted extra space and a more modern aesthetic. Con | Form Architects thus undertook a major rework of the apartment.

The aim was to open spaces to make the most of views to the basin below and to maximize available light for a 25-year-old Dracaena tree, bought when the clients first moved to London, and now crippled as a result of the existing flat’s constrained proportions and light. Standardised components such as the stair and kitchen island were cutting the upper-level living space in half, further making the space difficult to occupy.

Minimalist meets Classic in St. Petersburg apartment renovation by INT2 Architecture
In the centre of St. Petersburg, this apartment renovation by INT2 Architects preserves the original quality of the apartment’s main space - and its large windows in particular. The main living areas, being the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, are located alongside the windows while utility rooms and bathrooms are situated along the blank wall.

House of Sand is designed for the coastal landscape of Valencia
The starting point for this stunning beachfront villa by Fran Silvestre Architects is its position in the land – behind a large and imposing sand dune that protects the coastal area of Valencia from storms.

To optimize views and provide much-needed shade within, two clean and crisp volumes are arranged perpendicular to each other. To take optimal advantage of the ocean views, the ‘day area’ programme of the house is located on the top floor where the house clears the top of the dune. The lower level, by extension, becomes a terrace for outdoor living. Night uses, primarily sleeping, are on the lower level and oriented perpendicular to the sea.
