The Larestan Office which is designed in collaboration with Sepehr Seyyed Esfahani (Architecture, Objects & Pictures Studio for Architecture and interdisciplinary design & research) is situated on Motahari Street in Tehran. The building features an integrated office space spread across four floors, with two additional underground floors housing service facilities. These underground floors include some spaces such as a meeting room media room and conference areas. Nestled in the heart of Athens while overlooking the statue of Alexander the Great and opposite to the Pillars of the Olympian Zeus, the office building on 40 Vasilissis Amalias Avenue is finally gaining a new narrative after it was burned and vandalized in 2010. Located at 144 Ferrars St, South Melbourne, this 5-storey commercial development designed for Ravensdown and Mr Shipping comprises four levels of workplace and a communal rooftop terrace, with car parking and a cafe and lobby to the ground floor. The architecture celebrates the unique characteristics of its Fishermans Bend context through triangular geometry, creating a defined street edge. Subtly curved corners and large aperture punctuate the north-facing facade, a nod to the owner’s connection to shipping and the nearby Docklands area. The design approach for the Bellissimo Business Center office building in Sofia, Bulgaria, located a few minutes from the city center, was determined by the need for a landmark in the wider area. The main goal for Elit architectural studio, which was selected to design Bellissimo Business Center, was to bring a strong character to it, using images and symbols in an imaginative way. Thus, the impressive 50-meters building resembles a boat sail that rises to the sky.
