Esquadra Arquitetos is an office located in Brasília, a city that breathes architecture and is considered a landmark of modernism. Consolidated in the market, with vast experience in executing projects and construction, the office has its own objective design line and spares no effort to deliver the best possible architectural result for each client.
In addition to being supported by the architect's necessary role in the city's built space, Esquadra seeks to remain intellectually challenged, evolving theoretically and methodologically, always maintaining a critical view of the processes applied to the work it carries out.
The office has a diverse team and develops projects of different complexities, from residential (houses, apartment renovations and multi-family buildings) to corporate and commercial projects, such as medical clinics, law offices, communication and advertising agencies, shared work spaces (coworkings) and hospitality. Working in different areas leads the team to constantly seek solutions to new challenges, always respecting each stage of the process and its particularities.
Over the years, the studio has accumulated a series of awards in architectural competitions and exhibitions, such as first place in the design competition for the Army Housing Foundation Headquarters (co-author) in 2005, A Nova Arquitetura Award from Brasília, carried out by the Institute of Architects (IAB), Correio Brasiliense Award for the most original project at CasaCor 2018, among others.
Within each challenge, we maintain a consistent design language, but always with the understanding that each proposal is unique and must consider different variables.
