This product is a photovoltaic panel made of at least three layers of glass with cell encapsulation and an insulating layer in between the VSG and the third glass pane. These insulating glass modules can be used in many different applications all around buildings and other uses. Especially ceilings and facades can be activated and generate energy. Through the thickness of each glass of 2 until 12 mm these PV modules can be used all around in building skins. The possibility of special and customized shapes, large size modules until a size of 2,440 x 5,100 mm and the possibility of selectable light transparency are unique at ertex solar. So every project has an individual design and generates power in every use. Also because the ertex solar VSG photovoltaics are combinable with façade systems, they are possible to integrate into walls or overhead constructions just like normal insulating laminated safety glass panels.
