De Heelmeesters is the new workplace for three Amsterdam care organisations; Blijf Groep, HVO-Querido and de Volksbond. The offices are part of a larger housing project in Watergraafsmeer.
The new interior was designed by Marc Prosman architecten and based on the new world of work. Whereas previously each employee had his or her own office, now every activity has been given its own place. The employee chooses the place that suits his or her work.
The colourful interior is spacious and light. The different floors are divided between the three organisations, giving each floor a unique atmosphere. The reception, conference center and restaurant on the ground floor are shared.
