Predominantly comprised of two- and three-bedroom units, the complex includes a large community room and superintendent’s apartment/manager’s office at street level and parking for 40 vehicles below grade. Amenities include a common laundry facility and designated storage areas for residents. The façade incorporated a patterned variety of brick colors system supported by a bearing wall plank structural system.
