The brand tag here is 'Find joy in the simple'. We found the concept to emulate that, mixing a sustainable approach of the actual architectural space with happy, 80's vibes and a japandi-organic proportion in mind.
This space accomodates a specialty sweets & cafeteria restaurant, specialized and serving only their own, a special menue cheesecake assortment and also, their own custom blend of coffee. The actual space is a rehabilitated old house with high ceilings, located in the center of Cluj Napoca.
Most important, we've started with that in making the actual concept of the space, by treating the walls and surfaces with sustainable finishes, dedicated to this type of interior architecture. That was our canvas: actual limewashed walls, sustainable floors, high windows and ceilings, proper and streamlined lighting. Over this canvas, as the visuals of cheesecake are about happy, good and joyful- we did chose some 80s touches through colors, custom shapes, witty signage and details.
All that balanced with organic shapes, liniar rigurosity and a sense of light and airy contemporary, urban space, designed for and inviting people to mingle and socialise together.Truly a favorite spot for someone searching for joy, in all its urban shapes and (sweet) tastes.
