The long stretched, horizontal volume is embedded into the large scale context of the former industrial area and is in close dialogue with the verticality of the high rise building on the crossroad. A constant cut figure over the length of the building expresses the use allocation by floor with workshops on top.
The expressive section and the linear internal organization lend the peculiarity of a metal profile or a workpiece to the volume. The serial order, the construction and the materialization give the project an industrial imprint.
