Het project omvatte het uitbreiden van een bestaande vrijstaande woning te Moorsele. De woning dateert van 1962 en is in oorsprong ontworpen door Architect Jos Thybergin.De bestaande woning werd behouden en was in een goeie bouw fysische toestand en voldeed aan de huidige thermische – en comforteisen. Er werd een uitbreiding voorzien naar de tuinzijde en de linkerbuur. De uitbreiding omvat 1 bouwlaag met plat dak. De bestaande leefruimte werd uitgebreid en via een brede gang werd een toegang gecreëerd naar een nieuwe polyvalente ruimte met berging.
