Salem Town Hall is the focal point of the Neue Mitte urban development concept, the new center of the municipality of Salem. The four-story building, which provides 55 workplaces, houses not only the rooms of the municipal administration but also a library, an underground parking garage and a tourist information office.
The heart of the functionally structured building, the atrium, connects all floors and functions as a public space in the building. The floor covering was to round off the minimalist design concept and at the same time offer functional advantages, which is why the people responsible at the planning office mmp Architekten chose the PVC-free Xpression design tile with the decor Slate 1545.
The design flooring blends into the design across a total of 3000 m2 and creates a positive lounge and work environment.
The Enomer® flooring had already impressed in another property and, on the recommendation of a neighboring community, was now also selected by the client of the new building in Salem.
