The Kopališče Ilirija (Ilirija Swimming Pool Complex) consists of three distinct segments totaling 17,703 m² of conditioned floor area (Building A: 390 m², Building B: 14,018 m², Building C: 3,295 m²).

Design Choices Reducing Emissions:

Renewable On-Site Generation: 100% renewable energy share. On-site 600 kWp photovoltaic solar power plant supported by an 820 kW electrical grid connection.

Geothermal HVAC: Heating, cooling, and hot water preparation are primary driven by geothermal energy systems integrated with heat pumps and BMS monitoring.

Energy Efficiency: Primary energy demand ranges from 117 to 184 kWh/m²a across the complex.
Calculations are based on official national energy performance certification standard methodologies (Energetska izkaznica stavbe, GI ZRMK d.o.o.) covering technical building systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water, lighting).
