a) We used energy-saving LED lights, which consumes less energy and has longer lifespan.

b) We maximized natural light in the rooms, with full height windows, reducing the need for artificial light. 
c) In Kaya and all guestrooms, we used Nippon Vinilex 5000 paint with low VOC (volatile organic compounds) to improve indoor air quality.

a) In Kaya, we used timber flooring marked “Singapore Green Label” which identifies high eco-standard materials, related to source and manufacturing process.
b) In the lift lobbies, we used timber walls panels marked “SGS certification”, which means compliance with quality standards and free from formaldehyde.
c) We used energy-saving LED lights, which consumes less energy and has longer lifespan.
