Sustainability Report

The MIL buildings are designed to meet LEED Neighborhood standards and promote collective residential environments that reflect principles of smart growth, urban planning, and sustainable construction. The project aims to exceed the original sustainability goals set by UdeM and the City of Montreal, with a focus on advanced water management, energy efficiency, and functional performance, while also prioritizing the social aspects of the infrastructure.
