Embodied carbon

Low Carbon

The building design (not the interior) is gas-free, uses electricity with heat pumps, and has high levels of insulation and airtight construction. An ecological solar park generates and stores renewable energy locally.

Afterlife

Furniture and cabinets are designed to be demountable and recyclable, allowing the interior elements to be reused or repurposed. Benches and chairs are assembled without glue, so they can be disassembled and recycled, while the cabinets in the store and library are fully demountable.
