The project’s embodied carbon performance is informed by structural and material decisions, including post-tensioned concrete slabs, no-pile foundations, and a compact cube form factor. Low-carbon and bio-based materials are used internally, including mycelium-based finishes, wood wool acoustic panels, lime wash paint, and natural fibre floor finishes. Recycled content is incorporated within interior elements.
