Sustainability Report

The project was designed with future adaptability in mind. All furniture elements are modular and prefabricated, and none of them are structurally fixed to the architecture of the site. The floorplan can be reorganized for different retail formats, product typologies, or even a different function if needed.
The space can be fully reconfigured or dismantled without damaging the existing building fabric.

All interior elements are modular and non-permanent. Shelving, podiums, and the central display can be fully disassembled into individual components and reused in another location or function. No elements are glued or permanently fixed to the building, which allows them to enter a circular use cycle if needed.
