Adaptive Reuse and Flexible Design Considerations
The structure was originally designed as an office, but given its location in a residential neighborhood, its design was made flexible so it could be easily converted into a home.
Likewise, the interior materials, bathroom design, kitchen, and garden were all chosen to suit residential use.
