The fit-out is designed as demountable and replaceable: the sheet-metal cladding is interchangeable, and key elements are assembled with dry, reversible connections (bolted/screwed) rather than permanent fixings. Elements intended for disassembly include steel curtains/tracks, shelving and display systems, counters/joinery, lighting fixtures and rails, and detachable surface layers. This allows components to be repaired, replaced, re-used elsewhere, or separated by material type for recycling.
