New divisions were introduced using lightweight partition walls that can be removed without damaging the building structure, giving the possibility of introducing changes to the division within the plan in the future.

This possibility applies to natural materials that have a high renovation potential, including wooden parquet floors, doors and door frames, and mobile furniture, especially wooden or stone.
