Utilising the redesigned central core, water supply and drainage can be extended to the second floor, which can function as a water bar or coffee bar, providing refreshments to visitors resting in the bookshop. Meanwhile, the two outdoor terraces on the ground floor can be flexibly transformed into stages or outdoor seating areas for bookshop events, community activities, markets, or music festivals.

The shop's collection comprises second-hand books donated by patrons and local residents, readily available for dispatch to various destinations and individuals. Furthermore, the building's steel framework can be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere to establish pop-up shops or compact temporary bookshops and cafés.
