Operational Emissions / Energy

Energy Neutral

Operational emissions were eliminated through an all-electric design, geo-exchange heating and cooling, VRF systems, energy recovery ventilators, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Service and maintenance emissions

Efficient

Service and maintenance emissions were minimised with durable finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and systems like DEDPVs that extend appliance lifespan and reduce ongoing energy use.
