Afterlife
The clubhouse features modular design elements, allowing spaces for various activities. On the 30th floor, the "Social Space" can be used for community events, while the "Serene Space" above is ideal for quiet reading. The design focuses on the future, aiming for this floating oasis to be a lively hub for years to come, effortlessly merging nature with community life.
The Cullinan Sky Garden, located in Kai Tak, redefines urban living with its semi-open design. Spanning the 30th and 31st floors, it creates a "floating" oasis complete with lush greenery, vertical gardens, and inviting communal spaces. This setup blurs indoor-outdoor boundaries, offering a refreshing alternative to traditional air-conditioned environments. The garden uses passive natural ventilation to enhance comfort while minimizing energy consumption. Elevated at over 30 floors, it captures cooler, prevailing breezes, allowing for cross-ventilation that keeps the air fresh. With extensive plant life, temperatures are naturally moderated, reducing reliance on mechanical cooling. Ceiling fans are used to softly circulate air where needed, providing a wind-chill effect without heavy energy use.
