Adaptive Reuse and Flexible Design Considerations
The home was designed for a retired couple to age in place, in a beautiful bungalow, within an amazing setting. The guest bedrooms are placed on the opposite side of the home for visiting family on long weekends. The home is well suited for a couple to age in place, a growing family, or a multi family home the way we arranged the overall design schematic.
