Natural light is maximized through new windows, skylights, and energy-efficient glass garage doors. Electric lighting adjusts automatically to exterior conditions. A biophilic approach features a centerpiece tree and integrates open millwork for displaying greenery as the team grows into the space. Local fabricators crafted the custom millwork, furnishings, and carpentry, further grounding the project in community.
