To calculate the project’s carbon emissions, we used the Gestimat tool. The assessment covered the building’s superstructure and envelope, including exterior walls and all load-bearing elements. Interior partitions, floor and ceiling finishes, and building services were excluded. Only life-cycle modules A1 to A3 were considered
