Adaptive reuse is enabled through Design for Disassembly principles applied to the recycled aluminium ventilated façade. Inside, modular interior assemblies and lacquered joinery can be selectively reconfigured or dismantled to adapt non-structural floor plans to alternative programs over time.

Circularity is built into the project through mechanical fixings across key exterior and interior systems like the ventilated envelope's recycled aluminum cladding and minimalist window frames are installed for non-destructive removal and closed-loop recycling. Internally, modular joinery, interior assemblies, and exterior timber shutters can be cleanly demounted, preserved, and diverted from waste streams for direct material reuse.
