The building has the character of a multi-pupose building. The rooms can addapt to a new need easily. Walls can get taken taken down and additional space can be easily added to the existing structure.

Yes, all earthen walls can be demolised without leaving any trace. We have not (and will never) stabilise earthen walls by adding cement or lime. The steel trusses and poles can be taken apart and reused in different project. The interior/ furniture can also easily be taken appart or reused in other building.
