The project already gives a second life to a former call centre by transforming it into a university. Beyond this initial reuse, its potential for future adaptation lies primarily in the versatility of its shared spaces. The open ground floor and central patio accommodate informal learning, exhibitions and community activities, rather than being restricted to a single academic function.

The clearest opportunity lies in the esparto solar-shading elements. Detailing them as independent panels with reversible mechanical fixings would allow individual components to be removed, repaired or reused without altering the main building structure. Keeping the fibre separable from its supporting framework would also facilitate the recovery of each material
