O.C.M. Altro Fuoco follows the whole production process, with More than twenty years of experience in the steel processing and using the best technologies. The production process is executed completely in-house from raw materials. They are always performed internally, all kinds of metal surface finishing (galvanizing, chromium plating, passivation, anodizing, silver, gold, phosphate coating, liquid coating and epoxy). QUALITY CONTROLS Our primary goal is the quality of our product, so we perform inspections and tests at every step of production. Pre-assembly and visual/dimension controls are routine activities. Specific welding controls can also be run with the help of specialized companies. The workers have all achieved the welding patent and apply accurately the WPS specifications issued by 'certification body. ADVANCED EQUIPEMENTS Advanced machines and a large stock of raw materials allow us to respond quickly to a variety of requests, with the maximum flexibility and reliability. Among the most significant machines stand out: cutting machines and laser punching centers, bending to eight axes, satin-finishing machines, the latest generation of machining centers and lathes five-axis CNC. We also have separate sections for separating the processing of ferrous materials from stainless steels.
