Cartoni Design is a young and energetic design label based in Amsterdam. Our products are handmade out of carefully selected materials and fabricated in the most eco-friendly way. Our goal, is to show the world the beauty of sustainability through the eyes of a designer. We work with different young Dutch Designers. Like Ernst Koning who designed our first collection “AMS for Cartoni Design”, and Sabine van der Ham. They are all tremendous talents and all worked with different companies. As of 2018 we will be organizing our annual Cartoni Design Award, where we will be recognizing young, talented designers who succeed in the challenge of creating the most beautiful, sustainable designs for us. An impartial jury will consider each entry, and the winning design will eventually go into production through us. We strongly believe, that environmental stewardship is our responsibility and our privilege. In creating unique furniture collections from reclaimed, recycled and sustainable materials. We show our respect for nature’s bounty and reaffirm our deep commitment to sustainability.
