Magdalena Zeller was born in 1981 in Merano, (IT) and lives/ works in Vienna.
After getting her engineering degree from TU Vienna in 2008, Magdalena completed her Masters from SciArc (Southern California Institute of Architecture) in 2010 She has been working across design in different scales from design and realization of prototypes for retail displays (DIOR Cosmetics) to facade design for a department store.
She was a successful project manager for VIENNA DESIGN WEEK’s for-‐ mat of Passionswege, closely supervising projects resulting from collabo-‐ rations between emerging designers and historic manufacturers based in Vienna.
Magdalena was a project coordinator for the traveling exhibition “Werk-‐ Stadt Vienna – A City full of Design” - a production of MAK Museum of Applied Arts Vienna and VIENNA DESIGN WEEK. She was in charge of acquisition and coordination of the show traveling to Salone del Mobile @ Ventura Lambrate, to the New Institute in Rotterdam in 2013 and to the Kunstgewerbemuseum Dresden in 2014
Since 2012 Magdalena Zeller is founder (with Cornelis vam Almsick) and creative director of COMASTUDIO.
