LIFE IS ABOUT CREATION joval is founded on the passion for creating aesthetic furniture made of wood and steel. The company was started in October 2012, and bases on an unbiased, open-minded thinking. The aim of joval is to develop in close partnership with experienced German manufacturers quality furniture that people benefit from for a long term. MISSION The aim of joval is to create products with heart and mind, with which people identify, for their aesthetics, their quality and their functionality. The harmony between these properties together with the intention to support peoples' wish for individuality is the underlying each design. Each product is designed with great attention to detail, details that might not stand out at first but on the second or third look. These details are consistent, often mathematically derived proportions, repetitive dimensions, lines and rounded edges or other surfaces for a comfortable feel and not visible or decorative fittings. Behind each detail of our products lies a design consideration. PRODUCTION & QUALITY joval designs the products and manufactures handmade prototypes. Made-to-order manufacturing of products for sale to end customers takes place exclusively in Germany in selected wood-and metalworking companies. All production partners have many years of experience in the furniture manufacturing and meet high quality standards. In production alongside specialists modern production techniques such as computer-controlled woodworking (CNC) and laser technology are used. The surface treatment of the products with paint or powder coating provides protection against external influences and thus longevity. SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENT joval products are made to provide long-term enjoyment and utility. We intend to reach sustainability by a clear, timeless design language, and highest product quality. Products that you like not only at the first but also the second, third and fourth look are pre se sustainable and resource-efficient. In addition to our goal of "aesthetic longevity" we pay attention to the use of sustainable materials, such as wood from sustainable forests. Also, we manufacture exclusively in Germany, so that transport routes are at least shortened.
