Kōbe Board is an environmental friendly composite material combining the best properties of wood and cement. The manufactured board comprises a highly compressed mixture of sustainable plantation eucalyptus wood particles, Portland cement, mineralizing agents and water. It has a unique smooth grey natural non- homogenous cement surface that resembles formed concrete yet it can be easily worked using traditional woodworking tools.
