Mat Inter

Since its foundation, over 60 years ago, Mat Inter represents the best of the deco trends and technology around tiling. In its beginning, Mat Inter produced and introduced the waterproof Comprifalt strips for openings. Mat Inter introduced tiling trims in the French market in the 80s. Mat Inter is also a pioneer of mosaic tiles and democratized the usage of glass mosaics, the gems of tiles, in France in the DIY market. More recently, we launched the very thin and flexible Slate Skint, a thin sheet of stone. Since 2015, we have once again upset the mosaics market with inedited mixes of shapes and materials of our exclusive design. In 2017, we introduced new finishes and shapes for tiling trims and gave them a more decorative aspect. The invention of our patented accessory fixation system fixMI® is the latest example of our capacity to innovate. We are putting a strong focus on new and innovative products. MAT Inter is paying a lot of attention to current and future trends to create our unique designs, allowing everybody to express their creativity entirely for a home resembling each person. We conceive and control all phases of the production of our products and work with the best industrial partners for each product range.
